I placed my order on April 4th. Today is the 18th.
The payment was taken on the 5th. Any company is only supposed to take payment when they ship the product out to the customer. It's been 14 days. I'm positive their site did not offer two week shipping.
I've found phone numbers for them but when I dial and it goes through, there's no one there. All I can do is keep emailing their support site, but no one ever responds.
I'm going to have to call the bank and have the charges reversed. They've taken over a hundred bucks from me if which I have nothing to show for it.

You made me. I'm just trying to get a person on the phone to ask why I don't have my order.
Ordered 4/4. Today is the 17th.
No one said anything about it taking over 13 days to get it. I've tried to call the various fake phone numbers you've put online.
My son is desperately working on being a great man with Christian values and he tries to look for things he wants from like minded companies. Looks like he messed up this time.

Neglected to fill my order after being a very good customer for the last year, they sent my order back to the warehouse, and I spent the last two weeks getting nowhere . Very poor customer service
They neglected to fulfill one of my two orders for by monthly subscriptions. One of the subscriptions was returned to the warehouse.
When trying to communicate with their customer service, you only get to the AI person.
There is no live person to speak to resolve the issue. Very frustrating.

I ordered 2 subscriptions of plate crate. For my 2 grandsons on December 5th, $98.45 was deducted from my account.
I have not received either of them and when I log into my account it says I have not ordered anything. Terry Johnson 25 Midland Drive Newark DE 19713 phone 302-420-**** . I do not have an order number. Please respond asap I will put the only number I have in the order number box.
But not sure if that is an order number. I had to use a different email or it wouldnt send cause it said to log in with the email I originally used which was ilvlif@***.com but that email is saying I didnt order anything.neither one of the listed phone numbers are working phone numbers.
